Skincare For Children & Young People
At our clinic, we understand that skin conditions can significantly impact a young person's confidence and quality of life. We provide expert treatment for children and teenagers under 18 years of age who are dealing with common skin concerns including acne, warts, verrucae, and other skin lesions.

Paediatric Nurse, Rebecca, can offer advice and treatment plans to help improve skin conditions with gentle, age-appropriate approaches. Young skin requires different considerations than adult skin, and Rebecca can tailor skincare regimes accordingly to ensure both safety and effectiveness.

Important Consent Requirements
For all patients under 18 years of age, we require written consent from a parent or legal guardian before any treatment can proceed. This ensures that:

-
Parents are fully informed about the proposed treatment
-
All risks and benefits are clearly understood
-
The young person's best interests are prioritised
-
Legal requirements are met
We encourage both young patients and their parents to be actively involved in the decision-making process, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and informed about the treatment plan. If the young person expresses a wish not to proceed with the consultation or any treatment at any point, their choice will superscede that of their parent or guardian.
