Order processing times

We offer a standard shipping service where we aim for orders to be delivered to you within 3-5 business days. Please note that there may be occasions where it could take longer to process and ship your order, for example, during periods where the clinic is closed for staff holiday.

You will receive an email notification to confirm that your order has been received and another notification when your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping costs

For orders under £75, shipping is charged at £2.99 as a flat rate per order. Orders over £75 qualify for free shipping.

Return policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds, however, we will replace any items that are damaged or defective on delivery.​
