Included in treatment costs

Treatment costs include assessment and consultation, provision of information and advice, safe treatment by a registered nurse and aftercare advice and support as needed.​

Appointments

Appointments can be made via our online booking system.

Patients are required to provide contact details in order to secure a booking.

All patients are required to complete a form including questions about relevant medical history in order to inform the consultation and treatment plan.

For anti-ageing injection (Botox) appointments, a 75% deposit will be taken on booking your appointment as the Botox has to be prescribed and ordered specifically for you.

Cancellations

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that we may make best use of our appointment diary.

Consent

Prior to going ahead with your treatment(s) you will be required to read, discuss where necessary, and sign a consent form.
Refusal of treatment

Opalesce Skin Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatments where it may be deemed inappropriate or unsafe for any reason. The reason for refusal will be discussed with the patient to ensure that they understand why it is felt that the treatment isn’t suitable for them and where appropriate, alternative treatments may be offered.

Payment

Upon completion of the treatment, payment can be made by cash, card or BACS. Payment by cheque is not accepted.

Where a deposit has been paid, for example, for Botox treatments, this will be redeemed against the full cost of the treatment(s).
Refunds

Results from aesthetic treatments can vary considerably and a small percentage of people may feel that the outcome of the treatment does not meet their expectations. While this is disappointing for both the patient and the practitioner, results cannot be guaranteed, therefore, refunds will not be permitted.
Children

We do not treat children or young adults under the age of 18yrs without prior arrangement and the law does not allow people under the age of 18yrs to be treated with injectable cosmetic treatments.

Please do not bring children with you to the clinic unless they are old enough to be left unsupervised as they will not be allowed to enter the treatment area with you.
Complaints

Opalesce Skin Clinic takes the quality of our service seriously and as such will respond to complaints as quickly as possible. If you do have a complaint, please make this in writing by emailing rebecca@opalesceskinclinic.co.uk or by writing to Opalesce Skin Clinic, The Oddfellows Hall, 1 Binns Street, Crawshawbooth, Rossendale, BB4 8AA.

Rebecca will endeavour to respond to your complaint within one week of receipt. This timeframe may be extended during periods when Rebecca is on holiday from the clinic.
