Depending on the chosen treatment, it may be necessary to share your data with a prescriber contracted by Opalesce Skin Clinic and with the pharmacy supplying your prescribed treatment.

We may share your data with other professionals in the event that your treatment will benefit from the second opinion of another practitioner within Opalesce Skin Clinic’s professional support network. Under these circumstances, your specific consent will be sought unless the second opinion is being pursued in such a way that your identity remains protected.

 

We may also have to share your data with authorities based in the United Kingdom in order to comply with regulatory activity that could be requested of Opalesce Skin Clinic in order to uphold the law.

ANS helps us comply with professional requirements, such as those set forth by the NMC, GMC, and GDC, as well as GDPR regulations. This platform ensures that your booking information is kept secure and that we maintain the necessary standards for data protection and privacy.

This combination of technologies ensures that your data is kept secure and protected from unauthorised access.

10. How long is data retained?

Your information will be stored for six years after you cease being a customer, in order for us to comply with UK tax legislation.

Opalesce Skin Clinic may expand or reduce it’s business, which may involve the sale and / or transfer of control of all or a part of Opalesce Skin Clinic.  Where relevant, your data will be transferred to the new owner or controlling party and under the terms of this policy they will be able to use your data for the purpose it was originally supplied to us.

We may also disclose your data to a prospective purchaser of the business and in these instances will take steps with the aim of ensuring that your privacy is protected.
